What We Do
Our Plan
The Plans for the TIRZ include the expenditure of public funds for eligible project costs including the planning, engineering and construction of new streets, water distribution facilities, wastewater collection facilities, storm drainage improvements, roadway and street reconstruction projects, cultural and public facility improvements, parks and other related improvements.

Use of Tax Increment
The increment from the Hiram Clarke / Fort Bend Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ #25) will allow tax dollars to further work on infrastructure projects to foster economic development for the area. Much needed commercial and residential development has begun to take shape. Hiram Clarke / Fort Bend will not only foster economic growth for the area, but will complement the project plan as being implemented by the management districts within its boundaries.
