Dear Hiram Clarke Fort Bend Community,

As we embark on 2025, I am honored to serve as the Chairman of the Hiram Clarke Fort Bend Redevelopment Authority (HCFB) and TIRZ 25. This year promises to be one of transformation, progress, and a renewed commitment to building a thriving and resilient community.

Over the past year, we’ve laid the foundation for remarkable growth. From vital infrastructure projects and the TIRZ’s first land acquisition, to neighborhood beautification initiatives and civic art installations, we have worked to enhance the quality of life for all who call this area home. In 2025, we are determined to build upon this momentum with bold investments and community-focused improvements that reflect the heart and character of Hiram Clarke and Fort Bend Houston.

Our focus is clear:

  • Beautification Efforts: From gateway enhancements to landscaping and civic art, we are reimagining our public spaces to create a community that inspires pride and connection.
  • Capital Improvements: Key projects, such as the 90A Corridor enhancements and Fuqua Land development, will transform infrastructure, increase accessibility, and support growth for years to come.
  • Collaboration and Transparency: Our success depends on the strength of our partnerships. We are committed to engaging with residents, local leaders, and stakeholders to ensure every project reflects the community’s vision.

At the core of every initiative lies a simple truth: We are building a better future together. Every sidewalk we expand, every park we enhance, and every investment we make is a step toward a more connected, safe, and vibrant community.

As we move forward, I invite each of you to stay engaged, share your voice, and celebrate the progress we are making together. The road ahead is filled with opportunity, and with your support, we will continue transforming our community into one of the most dynamic and welcoming areas in Houston.

Thank you for your trust and partnership as we work to make 2025 a year of bold progress and lasting impact.

With determination and gratitude,

George Anderson
